MUSEUM RELEASE. LIMITED STOCKS AVAILABLE
Made exclusively from cabernet sauvignon grapes from our vineyard in Kew. Picked at 13.5 Baume, fermented in open vats with hand plunging and then matured in French and American oak for over four years prior to bottling. At bottling we estimated 5 to 10 years of cellaring but this estimate has proven to be too conservative as the wine continues to show excellent balance and strong fruit characteristics.
