This Rose is made entirely from cabernet sauvignon grapes from our vineyard in Studley Park. It was made using the saignee method and was left in contact with the skins for longer than previous vintages resulting in a Rose with more colour and flavour. It has a deep crimsom pink colour and exhibits excellent balance between fruit and acid with no residual sweetness.
